This past weekend, I happened to be in downtown DC shooting for a client (which was amazing ). As we walked around the mall, I started thinking about how many opportunities that I have passed on to just come downtown and enjoy what’s around and to take in all of the history. After my shoot was over, I had a little walk back to my truck so I decided to capture a few images. The first few images are from the Economic Cost of War in Afghanistan exhibit near the White House. The images after are of a Rugby match not to far away. I promised myself that next spring and summer I would spend more time photographing the happenings in downtown Washington DC.
